Counselling
I offer online counselling for teens (15–19), young adults, and adults who are looking for support in a calm, safe, and understanding space.
This is a place for you if life feels a little heavy, confusing, or overwhelming at times — and you’d like someone to walk alongside you while you make sense of things.
Our sessions are gentle and guided by you. There’s no pressure to share everything at once. We go at your pace, focusing on what feels important and manageable for you.
Together, we can:
Make sense of your thoughts and feelings
Build confidence and self-understanding
Learn simple, practical ways to cope and feel more in control
Help you reconnect with yourself and what matters most
My approach is supportive, down-to-earth, and non-judgemental. You’ll be heard, respected, and met exactly where you are.
This is not crisis counselling or intensive therapy. It’s a steady, supportive space for growth, healing, and moving forward — one step at a time.
This service is best suited to individuals seeking calm, reflective support and is not designed for crisis or acute mental health presentations.

& Young Adults
Counselling for Teens (Ages 15-19)
I work with young people aged 15–19 who are navigating the natural challenges of adolescence and early adulthood and are seeking steady, therapeutic support rather than crisis intervention.
My ideal online client is a teenager who is emotionally stable, able to engage in reflective conversation, and ready to build insight, resilience, and practical coping skills. They may feel stuck, overwhelmed at times, or unsure of themselves — but they are not in acute psychological distress or immediate danger.
These young people are often thoughtful, capable, and wanting guidance as they move through a period of growth, identity formation, increased independence, and transition into adulthood.
Empowering Teens to Thrive Through Holistic Counselling
Who I Support Online & Common Concerns
Online counselling provides structured, low-risk therapeutic support for teens who are seeking personal development and emotional strengthening.
I support young people who are experiencing:
Mild to moderate anxiety (stable presentations)
Stress related to school, study, or future planning
Confidence and self-esteem challenges
Friendship or peer difficulties
Early relationship concerns (non-violent)
Emotional regulation difficulties
Identity exploration and self-discovery
Motivation and goal-setting struggles
Adjustment to life transitions (e.g., moving schools, finishing Year 12, entering university or work)
Psychoeducation and gentle therapeutic work around past experiences where the young person is currently stable
Sessions focus on emotional insight, practical coping tools, healthy communication skills, resilience building, and strengthening a young person’s sense of capability and self-trust.
This service is growth-oriented and therapeutic — not crisis-based.
If a young person moves into high-risk territory, I will pause online therapy and assist with referral to appropriate local services.
When Online Counselling Is Not Suitable
Online counselling is not appropriate for young people who are experiencing high-risk or acute mental health presentations.
This includes:
Active suicidal thoughts or recent suicide attempts
Current or escalating self-harm behaviour
Severe depression with safety concerns
Eating disorders requiring medical monitoring
Substance dependence requiring detox or intensive intervention
Psychosis or significant psychiatric instability
Family violence situations requiring immediate protection
Crisis situations requiring urgent response
Court-mandated therapy
If a young person’s needs fall outside the scope of low-risk online counselling, I will support referral to appropriate in-person, local, or specialist services to ensure they receive the level of care required.
The safety and wellbeing of each young person is always the primary priority.
young adults
& adults
Life in your 20s through to midlife can bring a range of changes — shifting priorities, relationship transitions, career demands, and questions about identity, balance, and direction. At times, this can leave people feeling disconnected, overwhelmed, or unsure how to move forward.
In my private practice, I work with young adults and adults who are ready to engage in healing at a steady, reflective pace. This may include people seeking support to make sense of past experiences, regulate ongoing stress, rebuild confidence, or reconnect with a stronger sense of self. Others come simply wanting space to pause, reflect, and approach life with greater clarity and intention.
Through confidential and personalised online sessions, I offer calm, collaborative support that is guided by your needs and readiness. Together, we explore what matters to you, build emotional awareness, and develop practical ways to move forward with greater self-trust and resilience.
You don’t have to work it all out on your own. Support is available — gently, respectfully, and in a way that fits where you are in life.
Young Adult & Adult Counselling

Build practical skills to navigate stress, emotional pressure, and life transitions with more confidence
Strengthen relationships through clearer communication, boundaries, and self-understanding
Make sense of past experiences in a supported and contained way, supporting insight and integration rather than re-living
Create healthier balance between work, responsibilities, and personal wellbeing
Rebuild self-esteem and self-trust, supporting clearer decision-making and a stronger sense of direction
This approach is best suited to individuals seeking gentle, reflective support for personal growth, emotional regulation, and life-stage change — offered at a pace that feels respectful, steady, and sustainable.
